Return Policy

We do our best to satisfy our customers by providing quality products at competitive prices. If a customer receives other than what was ordered, it can be returned within two weeks. When returning an item, please contact us first and receive a RMA number before shipping. After we receive the returned item, we will refund the money.

For any products that’s been previously used may not be refunded. All returned items must have all the accessories according to the packing list.

We do not cover for lost or stolen items for a return. As a reminder, warranty policy for each item is different and you can request warranty service to manufacturers directly.
