Return Policy
We do our best to satisfy our customers by providing quality products at competitive prices. If a customer receives other than what was ordered, it can be returned within two weeks. When returning an item, please contact us first and receive a RMA number before shipping. After we receive the returned item, we will refund the money.
For any products that’s been previously used may not be refunded. All returned items must have all the accessories according to the packing list.
We do not cover for lost or stolen items for a return. As a reminder, warranty policy for each item is different and you can request warranty service to manufacturers directly.
우리는 최상의 상품을 저렴한 가격에 고객이 만족하는 상품 공급을 추구합니다. 고객이 상품에 대하여 만족하지 않을 경우와 주문과 다른 상품을 수령 했을 경우 반품을 2주 이내에 할 수 있습니다. 반품할 때에는 우리에게 이메일을 보내면 승인번호를 부여 받아 승인번호와 함께 반품을 할 수 있습니다. 상품이 반품 도착 되어지면 곧 바로 결제 금액이 환불 되어 집니다. 단, 고객이 상품을 뜯어 상품을 사용했을 경우는 반품되지 않습니다. 또한 반품은 주문 배송된 상품 및 패키지 악세사리 모두가 있는 원래의 제조업체 포장의 명세와 일치해야 합니다. 우리는 환불 또는 교환시 분실 상품에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 모든 상품의 보증은 각 제품 제조 업체에 직접할 수 있으며 보증 정보는 제조업체에 따라다소 변동 될수 있음을 인지 해야 합니다.
